Swimming Pools

The City of Victoria will now require that any plans required for a pool permit be approved by the appropriate electrical provider:

Fire Marshal Construction Permits

A construction permit allows the applicant permission to install equipment utilized in connection with such activities, or to install or modify any fire protection system or equipment or other construction, equipment installation or modification in accordance with the provisions of the 2021 International Fire Code as adopted.  The permit shall automatically become invalid if work does not commence within 180 days after its issuance.
