The Community Center & Fairgrounds master plan will provide long-range recommendations for event programming and facility improvements at the community center.

In 2023, the City completed a sports facility assessment in partnership with The Sports Facilities Advisory. Among other recommendations, the consultant suggested undertaking a more detailed study for the community center.

Take the survey

The survey, which takes a few minutes to complete, includes questions about how residents currently use the community center, including how often they visit and why, as well as the types of programs and amenities they’d like to see. The deadline to respond is 5 p.m. Feb. 18.

More ways to get involved

The consultant will host two public meetings—one in March and one in April—to share the results of the survey, answer questions and accept feedback.

The plan will be brought to the City Council for adoption in late spring.
