To perform proper maintenance of street and drainage systems in order to reduce flooding and improve ride quality of the streets, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

Duties

Duties of this division include:

  • 48 Hour Pothole Repair Hotline
  • Citizen Issue Resolution
  • Curb and Gutter Repair
  • Drainage Ditch Maintenance
  • Inlet Cleaning, Maintenance and Installation
  • Right-of-way Maintenance
  • Sidewalk Maintenance and Installation
  • Street Maintenance including pothole repair, crack sealing, failure repair
  • Utility Cut Repair

What is a Pavement Condition Index?

The Pavement Condition Index, or PCI, is a numerical index between 0 and 100, which is used to indicate the general condition of a pavement section. 0 is the worst possible score, and 100 is the best possible score.
