Christmas Holiday Collection Schedule

If your regular trash or recycling is normally scheduled to be picked up on Monday, December 25^th, it will be collected on Saturday, December 23^rd.

Extra holiday trash will be collected on your regular trash collection day, starting on Tuesday, December 26^th. Please leave extra trash bags 5 feet away from your gray trash cart.

 Yard Waste will not be collected from December 25^th through December 30^th.

New Year Holiday Collection Schedule

If your regular trash or recycling is normally scheduled to be picked up on Monday, January 1^st, it will be collected on Saturday, December 30^th. Extra holiday trash will be collected for residents with Monday, December 25^th trash collection only at this time. Please leave extra trash bags 5 feet away from your gray trash cart.

Yard Waste collection will resume as regularly scheduled on Tuesday, January 2^nd.

Live Christmas trees will be collected with yard waste starting Tuesday, January 2^nd. Please remove all stands, lights, and ornaments from your tree before setting your tree out on the curb.

We cannot take artificial or flocked trees as yard waste. Please contact our Solid Waste office at (361) 485-3220 to schedule a large item pick up for flocked or artificial trees before setting these types of trees  out at the curb.
