Mayor - Jeff Bauknight

Jeff Bauknight is the mayor of the City of Victoria. He was born in Austin and raised in Victoria. Bauknight earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University. Upon returning to Victoria in 2004, he started Crossroads Mechanical, Inc., a mechanical contracting firm. He is also a member of the Victoria Sales Tax Development Corporation, Victoria Economic Development Corporation, Legislative Committee, Compensation Committee, and the Appraisal District board. He was first elected to the City Council in 2013.
