On Friday, Oct. 30, westbound traffic on Airline Road will be reduced to one lane from Ben Jordan Street to Laurent Street for one day, weather permitting, so sanitary sewer lines can be cleaned and inspected.
All businesses in the construction zone will remain open and accessible, and the public is encouraged to support businesses in the work zone. Through traffic can avoid delays by seeking alternate routes.
The project is part of the $255,885 Airline Road sanitary sewer rehabilitation project from Greenwood Drive to Azalea Street.
